The Gang: The Elite
The Leader: Cooper Grimley

Explanation: The Elite is like the mutant Mafia. If you get in you can't get out. If you are Elite you are part of a family and you are connected to Cooper through a mental connection so you will never be alone.
Goals: They Control the homosapian crime rings and crime lords. Cooper and the Elite have control over many Crime lords and drugdealers. They take half of the druglords earnings. When there is a bank robbery you can be sure the Elite will be at the back door waiting for the robbers. They take the robbers earnings and leave them for the cops unless the criminals are under Elite protection.
Headquatres: Elite Mansion: A huge plot of land set just outside New York itself. It overlooks the forrest. The Four story Mansion House the most important Elite like the Elite Angels and the oldest Elite members. There is an outhouse for Elite staff and another two story building in the back perfect for some of the Elite boys. There is also a maze with a secret rose garden in the back, Horse stables, Training area's and a gym, A pool and Library and study inside. The Staff are homosapian beggers that Cooper picked off the street and mind washed to do exactly what they are told as well as follow a daily routine of keeping the mansion spotless and his Elite happy.
History: Cooper started off as one of Xaviers students then one night met three streetwalking young boys that would become his best friends, Alex Mckensey, Micheal Geurin and Jason Copperman. He spent more and more nights by their sides causing havok around the city of New York. Proffesor Xavier had a huge argument about this and Cooper left. The four boys then lived together for a week untill Micheals father living in Seattle died and he found out that the will was in his name. They all set out to Seatte Four brothers now instead of just friends. They met alot of homeless mutants there that they toke in and so the Elite was born...
